How to Use?

1. Install the Batteries:  
   - Insert 6 AA batteries (not included) into the monitor and wireless sensor(s), ensuring the correct orientation.

2. Place the Sensor in the Soil:  
   - Insert the waterproof sensor vertically into the soil, ensuring the metal probe is fully submerged for accurate readings. Avoid using it in sandy, gravel, or chunky bark-based mixes, as these mediums may give inaccurate readings.

3. Pair the Sensor with the Monitor:  
   - Once the batteries are installed, the sensor will automatically pair with the monitor if they are within 5 meters of each other. You can connect up to six sensors for monitoring multiple plants.

4. Monitor the Data:  
   - The LCD display will show real-time data for soil moisture, sunlight intensity, ambient temperature, and time. Use the SET button to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit or to adjust custom moisture alerts.

5. Set Custom Moisture Alerts:  
   - Press and hold the SET and right arrow buttons for 3 seconds to enter the alarm setting mode, and adjust the moisture alert percentage based on your plant’s needs.

💡Important info

- Proper Placement: Insert the sensor deep into the soil without hitting rocks or hard objects, and avoid using it in liquids or unsuitable soil types like gravel, sandy, or chunky bark-based mixes, as these mediums may give inaccurate readings.

- Sensor Maintenance: Clean the sensor regularly with a soft cloth to avoid corrosion, especially when used outdoors.

- Battery Life: Use high-quality alkaline batteries for optimal performance. Avoid lithium batteries in cold conditions, as they may drain faster.

- Wireless Range: The wireless range is up to 70 meters in open areas. The range may decrease if there are walls or large obstacles between the sensor and monitor.
