Return & Refund Policy

Returns Timeframe

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
– Items must be unused and in original condition
– Items must be returned in original packaging
– There must be no signs of use, damage, or installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Change of Mind / Non-Defective Items

If the product is not defective or damaged and you are returning it due to change of mind or incorrect ordering:

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
– We do not cover return postage for non-fault returns
– A store credit or exchange will be issued once the return is received and inspected
– Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns

If we arrange a return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please email theleafybrand@gmail.com within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Please include:
– Clear photos of the defect
– A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
Refunds are not offered for defective items.
Requests received after 3 working days will not be accepted.

Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged during shipping:

– Email us immediately upon receipt
– Include clear photos of the damaged packaging and items

Once verified, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
No return shipping is required for transit-damaged items.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive incorrect items:

– Contact us at theleafybrand@gmail.com
– Include your order number and details of the incorrect item

We will ship the correct item at no extra cost.
If a return is required, we will cover the return postage.

Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed:

– The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
– The cost will be equal to the original shipping fee
– Unclaimed parcels must be addressed within 14 days of the courier’s delivery attempt
