At The Leafy Brand, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.


Shipping Area

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, often on the same day.

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, VIC via one of the following couriers:

  • VIC / SA / QLD / TAS: 2–8 business days
  • WA / NT: 3–10 business days
  • Rural areas: 4–14 business days (may take longer depending on location)

Order Weight Limit

The maximum weight for a single order is 15kg.
If your cart exceeds this limit, checkout will not be available.
To proceed, please split your order into two smaller purchases.

Self Pickup Instructions

Prefer to pick up your order in person? You can do so during the following hours:

Pickup Times:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Pickup Address:

How to Collect Your Order:

  1. Enter through Click Collective’s main entrance.
  2. Let reception know you’re picking up an order from The Leafy Brand.
  3. They’ll direct you to the pickup area.
  4. Locate the shelf and find the package labeled with your name and order number.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Please double-check that your email address is entered correctly.
If you don’t see the confirmation in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.


Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated by the courier and may vary due to:

  • Weather events
  • Your location
  • Other unforeseen delays

Please note: The Leafy Brand is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays once parcels are with the courier.


Shipping Address Accuracy

We ship to the exact address provided by the customer.
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you’re not home, Australia Post or couriers may:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe spot.
  • If no safe location is found, the parcel will be taken to your local post office or collection point.

It is your responsibility to collect your parcel promptly.


Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives with visible damage:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and contents immediately.
  2. Contact us within 24 hours at theleafybrand@gmail.com.

We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.


Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once your parcel is handed to the courier, it is no longer under our control.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or redirected parcels and cannot offer reimbursement.
However, we will assist in investigating and resolving the issue where possible.
