**Shipping Location:**

Currently, The Leafy Brand ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

**Flat Rate Shipping:**

We offer the following flat rate shipping options based on the weight of your order:

 

**Tracked Shipping (2-8 days in Metro Areas / 4-14 days in Rural Areas):**

- Orders weighing up to 500g: $8.95

- Orders weighing 500g to 1kg: $11.95

- Orders weighing 1kg to 3kg: $15.95

- Orders weighing 3kg to 5kg: $18.95

- Orders weighing 5kg to 10kg: $22.95

 

**Tracked Express Shipping (1-5 days in Metro Areas / 2-7 days in Rural Areas):**

- Orders weighing up to 500g: $14.95

- Orders weighing 0g to 1kg: $18.95

- Orders weighing 1kg to 3kg: $24.95

- Orders weighing 3kg to 5kg: $29.95

- Orders weighing 5kg to 10kg: $35.95

 

**Order Confirmation:**

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure that the email address you entered is correct. If you cannot find your order confirmation in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us.

 

**Order Processing:**

Your orders will be processed within 1-3 business days, usually on the same day.

 

**Shipping Provider:**

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, VIC, by either Auspost, Courier Please or Aramex courier company.

 

**Shipping Time frames: **

Shipping times provided by the courier are approximate guidelines and may be subject to change based on factors beyond our control, such as weather events or other unforeseen circumstances. The Leafy Brand will not be held liable for any shipping or delivery delays.

 

**Shipping Address Responsibility:**

The Leafy Brand ships to the address supplied by the customer. We bear no responsibility for shipping delays or complications that may arise when the shipping address on the order has been entered incorrectly or incompletely by the customer.

 

**Damaged in Transit:**

In the rare event that your order arrives with visible damage due to shipping, please take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and contents immediately upon receipt. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours to report the issue. We will initiate a product replacement for the damaged item(s) at no additional cost to you.

 

**Lost or Stolen Packages:**

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and resolve it to the best of our ability.
