At The Leafy Brand, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, often on the same day.
Shipping Providers
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, VIC, via one of the following couriers :
- Australia Post
- Couriers Please
- Aramex
- Team Global express
Flat Rate Shipping (Tracked Standard)
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Metro areas: 2–8 business days
- Rural areas: 4–14 business days - May take longer depending on location
Shipping Rates:
- Up to 500g – $8.95
- 500g to 1kg – $11.95
- 1kg to 3kg – $15.95
- 3kg to 4kg – $18.95
- 4kg to 5kg – $21.95
- 5kg to 10kg – $24.95
- 10kg to 15kg – $34.95
- Over 15kg – $39.95
- Northern Territory shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please double-check that your email address is entered correctly. If you don’t see the confirmation in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times are estimated by the courier and can vary due to:
- Weather events
- Location
- Other unforeseen delays
Please note: The Leafy Brand is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays once parcels are with the courier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
We ship to the exact address provided by the customer. We are not liable for delays or issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you’re not home, Australia Post may leave the parcel in a safe spot. If no safe location is found, the parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection. It's your responsibility to pick it up promptly.
Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives with visible damage:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and contents immediately.
- Contact us within 24 hours at theleafybrand@gmail.com.
We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, it is no longer under our control.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or redirected parcels and cannot offer reimbursement. However, we will assist in investigating and resolving the issue where possible.
